Power Apps Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (August 2020) Power Apps Licensing Guide.

The main change is clarification that the Power Apps per app/per user licences do not include RPA functionality for which a separate purchase of Power Automate per user with attended RPA plan is required.

There’s an updated (June 2020) Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide. There are only small changes with the most interesting ones being clarification that Team Members do not have admin rights, and that Human Resources Self Service use rights are only included for Team Members when the Human Resources application is licensed.

Power Apps Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (May 2020) Power Apps Licensing Guide. The main change is some additional wording added to the Power Virtual Agents section clarifying terms such as a “billed session” and a “turn” on page 15. As usual, the full changes are detailed in the Change Log on page 24.

Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (January 2020) Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality Licensing Guide. There’s information added on page 5 to clarify which Remote Assist users need to be licensed with Teams: the Expert giving assistance DOES need a licence, but the user being assisted DOES NOT. There’s also a new section and Appendix added detailing Dynamics 365 Support Plans and policies, and you’ll find these on pages 8/9 and 10. There’s some useful information added on page 3 detailing the licensing requirements for external users, and confirmation included on page 4 that if the same Power Apps app exists in two environments, a user would require two Per App SLs to access both.
